Payman and Jan Emamian have over 34 years of combined real estate experience. Payman began his career at the age of 20 as a real estate lender with Great Western Bank while he continued his education at Cal State Northridge. After some time at American Savings Bank, he ventured out on his own, co-founding Cornerstone Mortgage. In 1995, he ventured into sales with his Cornerstone partner but chose to relocate his business to Pasadena in 2004, enabling him to spend more time with his family.
Passionate about giving back to the community she loves, Jan has been an active volunteer in many local groups including The Pasadena Children’s Guild, The San Marino National Charity League, The Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts, Camp del Corazon, and Sycamores, where she serves as a Board member. A devoted bookworm, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm by reading to students at local public schools. When she’s not working (or reading), she loves to ride her Peloton and take long walks around the neighborhood, catching up with neighbors along the way. She treasures time with her family, cooking and baking, playing games, traveling, and watching movies.
