About me and how I can help you

One thing people know about me is that I know how to move. I have been around the block, literally. I started out in New Jersey. By the time I was 11 years old, we had moved 6 times and to another state. Since then I’ve moved another 8 times. Luckily, my family landed in Pasadena when my husband was offered a job on JPL’s Mars 2020 mission. Pasadena is where we plan to stay.

If you are thinking of moving, you need someone who has been there and who can help you orchestrate lots of vendors and negotiations. You need someone that will give you confidence when you are answering hard questions like, How much should I ask for my home? How much should I offer on this house? How do I find the right schools in the area for my family? What do I need to navigate inspections and repair negotiations? Where can I find a lender? What improvements might give me the highest return? How long will escrow take and what steps are involved?

Being a great Realtor is so much more than opening doors and processing paperwork. You need a reliable confidant, a trusted friend, someone who handles contract negotiations with ease, and who has your back at all times.

Like many who come to Pasadena, I love it here. I have been through the process of selecting all of the services you need to move, of buying and selling and renting homes. As a REALTOR in Pasadena, and as a mom of three daughters, I know a lot about what families are looking for when they buy or sell in the San Gabriel Valley.

I am a PUSD Certified Realtor and my kids all proudly attend PUSD schools. A lot of REALTORs, have had many roles in life before being called to help families who were buying and selling real estate. My past experience makes me an even stronger REALTOR for you.

As a Representative and District Director for a member of Congress, I can help you through high stress environments. You will need someone who takes the pressure off of you and who tackles all of the negotiations that come up during the sale process. You need someone on top of the details, someone with a plan of action, who keeps everything running on time.

I thrive when faced with multiple sets logistics and details that have to all fall into place at key moments. When you are buying or selling, you also need someone who is a tough and strong negotiator. You need someone who can be diplomatic and skilled at bringing the other side around to your point of view.

When we relocated to California from the East Coast, I started and grew a successful estate liquidation business, and employed a team of 12 people. This small business experience gave me a keene eye for staging and marketing. Handling estates and appraising personal property strengthened my market analysis reports giving you the data you need when you are determining the value of the home you are buying. My market research will give you confidence.

Moving, buying and selling homes can all come at times when there are a lot of emotional upheavals in life – whether they are positive (we just had a baby and need more room) or negative (my mom has to relocate to an assisted living facility) you deserve confidence that you are making strong decisions based on logic and data. You need someone to manage the hurricane of emotions that can come up during the moving process.

When you are moving, you are still required to work, run your household, and handle all sorts of logistics – you need someone who is available to you when it is convenient for you. I work all hours of the day and night because I know you might only have time focus on reviewing offers outside of normal business hours when you are working.
