CALIFORNIA IS MY HOME. REAL ESTATE IS MY PASSION! I’m originally from Canada and have lived in Pasadena since 2003 with my wife. For many years I’ve been involved in many industries that has allowed me to connect with the world and forge many friendships, especially in Asia that has helped in the early stages of my successful real estate career thus far.
While living in Pasadena and surrounding cities I took an interest in the amazing architecture so naturally I would attend as many open houses as possible to explore more of the stunning craftsmanship. I finally took up the mantle of becoming a Realtor in 2011 with Coldwell Banker. I was honored with “The Rookie of the Year” award for my accomplishments and continued to receive accolades up until December 2019. Then I joined a unique luxury broker that were persistent with recruiting me to the newly opened Pasadena office on Lake Ave., Douglas Elliman California.
My biggest accomplishment so far and for some who could say was a once in a lifetime bucket list transaction was having the honor to negotiate and transact a deal between my client in Shanghai (buyer) secure the former residence of Mr. Elon Musk. (seller). It was truly an honor and learning experience to have participated with this important deal.
My integrity and strong work ethic enable me to satisfy the needs of my clients without compromising the realm of the Real Estate boundaries. My unparalleled knowledge and impressive entrepreneurial accomplishments reinforce my sensitivity and understanding of the process of selling or buying property. I will listen to what my client’s needs are and begin to develop a personal Real Estate Portfolio to find that “perfect” property or create a specific marketing plan designed to sell my client’s property. Extremely tenacious and dependable.
Besides my love for architecture, I love art, watching and participating in sports and I’m a big car enthusiast! …. next on the list becoming a great cook .) .. and lastly, I’m a cancer survivor and love to contribute back to a great cause.
I’m an active member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, and the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®.
