Todd grew up in Pasadena and Palm Springs. He truly understands the many qualities and cultures that make these areas special and unique for Buyers and Sellers alike. Educated at Pasadena City College and Art Center College of Design, Hays holds a degree in communications from the University of Southern California/USC. When not enjoying the San Gabriel Valley, he spends time at the historic home he restored in Palm Springs — where he is active in the local preservation and real estate scenes as well.
